About Me

My name is Arielle Ciolli. I started offering permanent makeup and tattoos in 2021. With a previous passion for makeup, I wanted to translate it to helping women feel like their best selves every day, starting the moment they wake up. With permanent makeup, you can save time, energy, and money, and feel beautiful straight out of the shower. I’m so grateful for all my current clients and cannot wait to meet more of the amazing women residing in Central Oregon.

I decided to deep dive into Permanent Makeup after having a passion for makeup since 2011. I have done a few professional events as a makeup artist over the years, but never actually started my own business despite my friends constantly telling me to; the bridezilla fear was real!

Becoming enamored with the prospect of microblading in 2015, I ultimately decided against it at that time, due to extensive research in technique and products. I felt the industry wasn’t quite polished enough as a whole. In 2017, I experienced a personal loss of an immediate family member, which led me to get my first tattoo in memorial. The world of tattooing was introduced to me by my artist (now turned mentor) Sean Belida, and I realized the industry was more inspiration driven than I had originally thought. Tattoos had a new profound meaning for me, making me feel a constant connection with a lost loved one. It was an irreplaceable feeling, and I was grateful. Moving forward, I kept a very close eye on the Permanent Makeup Industry. In 2018, I finally felt ready to attend school. Before I could get my finances together, the Pandemic closed everything down, including the school I was set to attend. I eagerly started self-teaching at home with the help of online courses and YouTube. I was finally able to attend school in March of 2021 with a bit of knowledge in my pocket.

I’m extremely blessed that my journey has unfolded as it has; I work alongside two amazing, driven, & talented artists, at a safe environment in the heart of Bend. I have a private studio inside the shop so I am able to accommodate my clients and make them always feel comfortable. I love making people feel as beautiful as possible and I love to personally get to know my clients!
